Nordpan operates with a staff of 30 for building production machinery. An excellent infrastructure and solid professional training ensure for our apprentices a good chance of a career and allow our staff professional development, so as to become expert in their field.
The working environment and the halls are well lighted, modern and where possible built of wood. Nordpan offers the staff a good company climate that stimulates personal initiative, commitment, activeness and creativity. The variety of daily work increases motivation and enthusiasm. Continuous training done mainly within the company, contributes to a constantly high level of qualification.
Each member of the staff can contribute to company success with new ideas and suggestions for improvement. More than a third of personnel are involved in design and construction of the company machinery. A production technology that is extremely innovative, the maximum efficiency in the production process and the rational use of wood are the founding principles of the company strategy.
One of the decisive factors for Nordpan is in any case the collaboration with suppliers and external partners, as found in the tight relationship with the South-Tyrolean company Microtec, an international leader in the field of measuring instruments and equipment for wood selection; or with the LEADERS business network, with which Nordpan is associated as an innovation-oriented company.
